1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time within India: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Remote or rural areas may take a few additional days.

  • We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

3. Shipping Charges.

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply on orders below the free-shipping threshold, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order status anytime using this link or by contacting our support team at hitaorganic@gmail.com.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout.

  • Hita Organic is not responsible for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Leaked Products

  • We take utmost care in packaging; however, if your order arrives damaged or leaked, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos of the product and packaging.

  • Our team will verify and arrange for a replacement if applicable (no monetary refund as per our Return Policy).

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or government restrictions.
